error in ACS

Hello experts,

 

I am seeing below error in ACS for one of our deliveries.

PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: canceling statement due to user request 

 

can someone please explain more about this error and what caused it.

@mmbb110 It looks like this is related to a session timeout error.

I suggest opening a ticket with Adobe support to determine the root cause. Not sure does it require any db maintenance.

Hi @mmbb110 ,

 

This error happens for database temporary error but here there must be some cause for the same error in delivery.

 

Can you please add the logs in detail for delivery failure and see if personalization fields you are using getting data correctly from activities before query activity??

In the logs I can see it has selected records

also it inserted the delivery logs but the delivery logs created step did not occur and it directly showed the error

Hi @mmbb110 ,

 

As per my understanding delivery might have get corrupted and leading to error in delivery.

 

Try to create and configure a new delivery and it should work definately.

 

I have encountered similar error and got resolved by same.
