Adobe Campaign Standard

We have a custom requirement of kaizala integration with adobe campaign. Our requirement is to posting on different groups (existing on kaizala). As we know there is no out of box connector available for kaizala.Any suggestions on how to build a custom connector will be appreciated.Thank you.
