Hello guys,

I need support in relation to the Client Adobe Campaign.

It does not run any more and error that appears is this:

"Registry error: Unable to find key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Neolane\NL_5\nlclient\"

Does anyone have any information that might help me?

Thankful!

Right click on the Adobe Campaign Client Console icon and then 'Run as administrator' once if nothing works. It should do the job.

Hi Andre,

Could you check if the folder nlclient is present under :

AppData\Roaming\Neolane\NL_5 location in your computer.

If this is missing , you need to download and install the client again.

Alternately , as a hack just try creating the same folder there with the same name in case it's not there

Hi Adhiyan,

I'm facing the same issue.

I've tried many installs and uninstalls of different versions and also the 'hack' you've said, but I continue getting the same error.

Guys, I reinstalled the Adobe Campaign client several times and the error persisted.

After trying several alternatives, I solved the problem with the latest Java update.

Hi there,

How about doing the following:

1. Uninstall Adobe Campaign client console

2. Go to internet explorer and clear your cache from here

3. Go to AppData\Roaming and delete any Adobe Campaign folders found in here

4. Re-install Adobe Campaign

Of course if unsure about point 3 you can simply rename the folder in question.

This works to resolve the registry error on the client console.  Thank you.
