Segment metric that keeps the value

Is there a way that I can create a segment with a metric and fix the value in to make interaction calculations with other segments?

I think I am understanding.. but correct me if I am wrong....

You want to take a regular metric like "page views" and divide it by "100" or multiply it by "10" or something like that? Obviously it will be more reasonable then my examples...

If that is what you need, you don't actually need to create a metric for that.... in calculated metrics, you can add "Static Numbers"

You can even create a "calculated metric" without the calculation, if you want this to be a permanent "pull into workspaces" rather than a create each time....
