Often we use the report filters in order to filter out specific groups of items in a freeform table, however applying this filter does not have any impact on the figure shown in the column total. The column total accounts for all item totals including those not included in any eventual filters. We have use cases with many of our users where it would be more useful for them for this total to be a subtotal (i.e. total of only items that are included in the filter).
Could this be an option to include in the column total options? I.e. display as subtotal rather than total.
