My name is Justine Sargent, and I wanted to introduce myself and share that I’m currently in the market for a new opportunity in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, or Workfront Administration.
I have 8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront, including implementing the platform at two organizations and owning the system administration and optimization for 300+ users over the last 5 years.
My passion is building scalable, end-to-end workflows that make work easier, more efficient, and more intuitive for teams. My goal each day is to ensure users can move through their work seamlessly without disruption. I truly believe the best processes are almost invisible to the average user — they simply help people do their best work.

• Building intake processes through request queues, queue topics, routing rules, and dynamic custom forms
• Reporting and dashboard development for executive visibility
• Capacity planning and workload management using Resource Management and time tracking tools
• Project optimization through templates, task constraints, dependencies, durations, proofing automations, and scalable workflow structures
• User and access administration including teams, groups, job roles, permissions, layout templates, and status governance
• Change management, process redesign, documentation, user training, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Workflow automation and operational improvements that reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency
