Work Management Product Manager (Contract)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: Contract via TEKsystems

Position Overview

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Work Management Product Manager to support a global enterprise organization's work management ecosystem. This role drives strategy, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across Adobe Workfront, MCPs, AI-powered agents, Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, and emerging work management capabilities. The ideal candidate blends product management, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and platform administration expertise.

Product Management & Strategy

  • Serve as product owner and business advocate for enterprise work management solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and scalable processes.

  • Lead Customer Advisory Board programs.

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback.

  • Develop product roadmaps aligned to business priorities.

  • Improve user experience and workflows.

  • Build business cases for new capabilities.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer.

Product Delivery & Backlog Management

  • Prioritize and manage backlog items.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

  • Translate requirements into user stories and plans.

  • Coordinate development, testing, and rollout.

  • Own end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle.

Platform Ownership & Governance

  • Manage configuration, workflows, governance, and optimization.

  • Ensure governance, security, and best practices.

  • Evaluate upcoming releases and functionality.

  • Manage support requests and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain awareness of roadmaps and emerging technologies.

AI, MCP & Emerging Work Management Capabilities

  • Develop expertise in Workfront, MCPs, AI workflows, and intelligent agents.

  • Identify AI and automation use cases.

  • Pilot, test, and scale new capabilities.

  • Advocate for innovation.

  • Educate stakeholders on new capabilities.

Testing, Adoption & Change Enablement

  • Lead feature testing efforts.

  • Coordinate UAT and pilot programs.

  • Drive beta participation and feedback.

  • Develop adoption strategies.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics.

  • Measure value realization and satisfaction.

  • Create dashboards and reports.

Training, Thought Leadership & Evangelism

  • Act as trusted advisor.

  • Develop training and workshops.

  • Serve as SME on Workfront.

  • Support roadmap and capability questions.

  • Showcase innovative practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global teams.

  • Drive stakeholder consensus.

  • Balance business, customer, technical, and governance needs.

  • Partner across business and technology functions.

  • Align work management strategies with enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, Business Process Management, or related experience.

  • 3+ years Adobe Workfront product management/consulting, configuration, and optimization.

  • Experience owning roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.

  • Requirements gathering and technical solution design experience.

  • Implementation, enhancement, UAT, and adoption experience.

  • Strong influence, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Adaptability in AI-driven environments.

  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Workfront certifications.

  • Enterprise work management and PPM experience.

  • AI-enabled workflow, intelligent agent, or automation experience.

  • Beta program and product feedback experience.

  • Customer Advisory Board management.

  • Change management and training background.

  • Global team support experience.

  • Experience measuring adoption and business outcomes.
