Adobe Workfront Professional Open to Remote Opportunities 🌎

Hi everyone! My name is Ana, and I’m based in Panama. I’ve spent the last 8 years working in multinational environments, primarily supporting U.S. based teams in global operations and marketing organizations. Over the last 4 years, I’ve specialized heavily in Adobe Workfront, both as a System Administrator and as an Implementation Lead at Dell Technologies.

My experience has included leading end to end implementations for global teams, managing everything from discovery sessions and stakeholder management to backend configuration, process design, data migration, user onboarding, training materials, go live support, dashboards, reporting, automations, and workflow optimization. I’ve also worked closely with engineers building backend automations while serving as the main owner and project lead for implementations supporting thousands of users.

One of the biggest advantages I bring is that I combine deep hands on Workfront expertise with strong communication and project management skills, while being based in Panama and fully open to remote opportunities. You get someone who understands both the technical and operational side of Workfront implementations, without the overhead of traditional market costs.
