To clarify — the calendar on the Community site will be phased out after the new Workfront Customer Portal is launched next week, per our recent message to System Admins in our Announcement Center. You will no longer be able to access the calendar after next week. Hence, the new process to schedule a remote consulting session after the portal is launched will be to call or email our Customer Care team, who will work with you to find available times on our consultants' calendars and schedule them on the spot. More details will be provided soon via our Announcement Center, as well as from our sales and customer support reps.
