Hi everyone! My name is Kristin Farwell and I manage user groups here at Workfront. You guys are on your way to getting this Winter 2019 meetup organized, but I wanted to jump in and a) say hello! and b) let you know I'm here if you need any help getting this organized. Really the only things that you need to get this coordinated are...
Location - Done! It sounds like @Amber Dallapiazza is willing to host? (Amber, how many folks can your location support? This will help us understand if we should keep it small to the folks here on this thread, or if you want me to send out an invite to the broader Atlanta community via email. Feel free to message me directly if you want to chat.)
Date - We might want to throw out a few options in Nov / Dec / Jan to see what works best for most people (there is never a perfect date, but we can try to organize these meetups more regularly for folks who may not be able to attend this one. Amber, what are some dates that you would be open to hosting?
Topics of Discussion - Any particular topics you guys want to discuss? This is your user group, so you can keep this as formal or informal as you like, but if there are common topics that can help guide this discussion. A good example is the Chicago user group had a session just focused on timelines a few weeks ago, and in Minneapolis last week the group talked about resource planning, reporting and onboarding new users.
That should be enough to get us started. Looking forward to getting this organized and on the calendar! Kristin Farwell Sr. Manager, Customer Advocacy Programs Workfront
