Trying to put together an hours report that pulls in user hours if they are on a team containing specific letters.
Not all users are on a "HomeTeam" that contain these letters but they are on a team that contains these letters.
Is there any way to get to all user teams vs HomeTeam only ?

You can't filter on this in an hours report. However, you can create a user report showing users with "Team IDs" and return a list. You can then use that list of IDs/names in your hours report filters.
Just a thought….is it possible to create a custom field on the user that contains all of the “other” teams they belong to and then search that user field to filter your hours report?
