It was great to have such an amazing turnout at the Chicago User Group last night. Thanks to everyone who came out and especially to that who traveled to get here. We had people come from Detroit and Indianapolis! JLL was and amazing venue and gracious host. Special thanks to @Kristin Rakshys and @Elizabeth Volini for helping to organize the event and especially for presenting. Thanks to our sponsor, IO Integration, for dinner and drinks. We started the evening learning about IO integration and how the can help drive success in Workfront with their consulting practice. They can help through the entire customer journey and also with many of the integrations that are available in Workfront. Kristen and Elizabeth, from JLL, shared their insights into how they use Workfront. They have over 1800 licenses spread across 4 different instances. They are a great example of how Workfront can be grown across the organization. Kristin shared about the Marketing department and Elizabeth spoke about the IT PMO. Elizabeth also spoke about the BI Reporting Roadmap and how they do some reporting out of Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. They identified key items that helped them to grow and adopt Workfront throughout the organization. @Karl Goetz , Workfront Solutions Engineer, spoke about integrations. He discussed native integrations, API integrations and Fusion integrations. It is important to identify the needs within your organization so that you can find the integration that will work best for you needs. Elizabeth, from JLL, also have experience with Agile and has been an Agile coach in the past. She showed us how they are using Agile in the current Workfront processes. She led a discuss and answered questions on the topic. And she did it all on the fly :-). It was great to be able to rely on her knowledge and experience to help us through that topic.
We finished the evening with breakout sessions where everyone could network, ask questions and get questions answered.
