User Engagement Reporting and Reward System

Hi everyone, We have just finished training our global team on our Workfront solution. Our America's office has been using Workfront since November 2018. London and Dubai since January 2019 and we just trained our Singapore and Sydney offices. Now that everyone is officially in the tool, we're trying to identify the top super users each month, so that we can come up with a reward system for using Workfront and promote adoption. We're trying to come up with some visuals to display: Visuals of top campaigns/ users each week (lots of updates, frequent log ins) Show our Workfront superusers of the month (also allowing nominations via a request queue) Show new updates What are some of you doing to identify super users and/or reward systems to promote adoption once you've implemented? Hi Winfield, Workfront doesn't have 'gamification' built in, but as you suggest, there would be ways to visualise the usage levels. As a Power BI user, I would probably be using Journal data extracted from Workfront's API to track the volume and type of changes per user (updates to fields, comments etc). You would also be able to feed in login data exported from the SysAdmin Audit Logs area. Gamification is something Workfront could definitely look into adding to aid adoption. Hi Winfield, Following on David's gamification comments, I invite you to consider our "http://store.atappstore.com/product/user-adoption/">UserWatch solution, which takes a modest step in that direction (eg such as awarding bronze, silver, or gold üèÖ medals).
