Update your Email Preferences and Community Notifications

Hey there, You may have noticed, with the change in community platforms, your email subscription settings have changed. If you want to change the type of notifications you receive for friend requests, or announcements here's how: Click your profile photo in the upper right corner > Profile > My Account > "https://community.workfront.com/network/members/profile/myaccount/my-settings?section=email">Email Preferences If you want to change the type of notification you receive from discussion posts, go here: Click your profile photo in the upper right corner > Profile > My Account > "https://community.workfront.com/network/members/profile/myaccount/my-settings?section=subscriptions">Community Notifications You can choose what type of notifications to receive for each community you're a member of. You can receive real-time emails, daily digest, or no emails at all. If you choose "Real-Time" notifications, you'll be able to comment on posts in the community directly from your inbox by replying to any real-time digest email you receive. Any questions? I can't login directly to the community site via link in emails. I have to login to the Help Desk site and then I can click on Community to get there. Thanks, Diane "http://www.uifoundation.org/"> University of Iowa Foundation

See email below from Nate sent at 2:02PM. Several different errors occur. When I click on Workfront Global link in the email, I get to the Discussion page and then click on Sign in: When I click SIGN IN after entering my email and password, it kicks me back to the page above. If I click Update your email preferences, I am taken directly to the Community sign in screen and when I click SIGN IN, nothing happens. If I go to Workfront Help, I have no problem logging in and can get to the Community site there. Thanks, Diane

Hello, I can login to the support site w/out issue but am unable to login to Community... If I login to support first and then go to Community, it just prompts me to login again. Thanks for the additional info and letting us know you're still having issues. I was actually able to recreate in Chrome. Can you all reply with the browser you're using? We've moved this up for our web team to work though. Thanks! Carol-Lyn Jardine Workfront

I got word from our web team that the fix for logging in directly and through email links has been deployed. I tested successfully and @Katherine Haven was also confirmed she was able to get in through email links as well. Let us know if the fix is working for you as well. Thanks! Hey Polly! Unfortunately, it's not a feature that currently exists. We've talked to the product team and it's at the top of the feature request queue.
