When trying to enage with your users, first start with sending them the reports automatically, using the time function. Then remove to get them to drop in and pick up their information, which drives user engagement and extra use of the system.

That is a great tip, Tim! We have also found that teams that use Workfront dashboards during their status meetings have greater user adoption. My hypothesis (since I've never surveyed the people to find out for sure) is that since they see that the info is easily accessible, they are more likely to go into the tool to check out the information themselves. And see they go into the tool more for the reports, they also check out the My Work area. At least that is our experience.
