Tagging problem

Has anyone experienced issue while tagging another users in update stream? In our instance it seems to be broken - doesn't find some users while you're typing them with @. Same happens tho when you go to Tagging box by clicking on icon - it doesn't find some users, and gets blocked so you can't type anything. Before I open ticket with Support, anyone having same issue? I haven't tested it extensively yet, but it appears to be working on our system at the moment. I've had a report that tagging is not working correctly. Using the @ symbol to find the name is bringing up the 'Find' box in the browser as if the tool is not recognising the @ function. Louise Reynolds Premier Farnell Senior Global Marketing Workflow Specialist

It is working for us, but we are finding that things in this release are very operating system/browser version dependent. So something may not work in Windows 7 + Chrome, but it does work if the user has Windows 10 + Chrome. Katherine Haven, PMP VP, Director, Business Technologies - PMO FCB

Since the update we've started experiencing these issues where tagging intermittently stops working. I've had multiple users complain to me about it. Usually, reloading the browser makes it start working. Another issue reported to me today is that a user posted an update but nothing showed. He then posted it again and still, nothing showed. He then refreshed his screen and it was there twice! And, lastly, I have found that the updates text box takes quite a long time to load (2-5 seconds). It starts out as a thick line and then opens up. This means you have to wait before you can start typing your update. I'm about to log these with Support. David Cornwell

We've experienced the same issue with a user posting a comment to a thread and it doesn't show. She tried multiple times (and I witnessed it in action) and the comment never showed up. She was using IE but claims to have also tried with the same result in Chrome. I told her to reopen Chrome and try again while I was there. When she went to the thread, there was her comment, posted the 13 or so times she posted it! Barbara Sedlack BMO Financial Group
