I concur, David; excellent point. At LEAP London, I raised this "NOTES inconsistency" with @Darin Patterson and believe he is pursuing a solution that will ensure all users have the same experience with NOTES (one way or the other); ideally, in a way that will make the "https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z00006Px4NtCAJ/">Nessie DNA Reactivation (to which I've often referred) extinct. Hi David, I suggest you try creating a NOTES report, and look for the audit of such changes in the AuditText column (think "System Updates"), as opposed to the NotesText column (think "typed in manually by a human"). Just FYI, the Audit Text column captures hardly anything. For instance, I was trying to audit for tracked fields (see Setup / Interface / Update Feeds) and this is one of the items not captured in either of the two fields (Note Text / Audit Text) I would go with a straight "no" on this question as a result (although, on previous occasions I've also failed to get other types of system updates). Since there's no way to get at least one specific thing that I can see, then technically there's just no way to say "I can get all the system updates". -skye

Skye, The issue with the audit text not capturing very much is that Workfront doesn't always turn on all of the Audit Types to capture the information in the Audit Note. I found that the client I am working with right now didn't have any of the audit types turned on in the database for tasks and issues. I had to ask WF to turn them on for me. The biggest problem this caused is that we lost over a years worth of data that we could have used to show adoption (the license type of the person closing a task). I suggest you submit a ticket to WF to ask them to turn on all the audit types (ST, AA, SC, NO, GE, CM, ER, SB) at the project, task, and issue level. I hope this helps!! Thanks, David

hi Stephen, Doug's response seemed pretty clear. You should start seeing these sorts of updates populating your Audit Text column of your notes report. If your audit types were only recently turned on, you won't see anything from before they were turned on -- that would be my only caveat. Can you share what errors you're seeing or what your problem is? -skye

Thanks Skye, it work. after WF turned on the additional audits I added the Audit Text Colum and the system updates now show up. Thank you! Mahalo, Stephen
