Swapping out a Planner

One of our planners has just left the company and she was very active in Workfront. For now we are just keeping her user active and others are logging in to her instance to manage the projects. What is the best way to deactivate her user and update the project owner and reports for the new user? Mark Hahn Corporate Marketing & Communications SEI New ways. Hi Mark, You can use the Scheduling Swap tool (see screen shot). Or you can write a quick report to find all their assignments and then do a bulk edit. I think the scheduling swap tool would be easier, but I can't say I've actually used it. Reports can be a problem - particularly if they are published in the interface. You may find it easiest to do a report on 'reports' that is filtered by the creator, run it as your admin account and create a copy of each of them. Then republish with the admin account owner instead of the planner owner. Barry Buchanan Work Management Australia
