Hello Minneapolis! We have scheduled a User Group meeting for June 20th. Big shout out to Steering Committee member @Jaimeson Wennerstrum for hosting this event at Periscope. You can "http://lp.workfront.com/minneapolis_summerusergroup_regpage.html">register now and view the details here . Here's the agenda outline so that you can come prepared to discuss these topics: LEAP Takeaways - What did YOU takeaway and bring to your company / team / instance? One key factor for adoption - One successful point that you think is critical both at the Macro level and the Micro level. Product - Current and upcoming features. How can we pool our collective votes and start any new product ideas? What's upcoming in Preview that the team is excited about and / or have feedback on? Open Forum - Discussion focused on A) what specific process have you refined based on Workfront, B) how have you measured true adoption, not just use of the tool, C) Macro vs Micro and where you've drawn the line, D) Blue Sky - what else WOULD you do if you could without any barrier? Hi! Thanks to everyone for joining us at Periscope for the Summer User Group Event! It was a great session and a naturally flowing conversation. We hit on a ton of topics, but a quick summary.. LEAP - we shared take aways from the conference (tailoring training to specific teams, utilizing the 1:1 time at the conference, being very selective about the sessions and your adoption maturity, looking forward at the product). Proofing - a few of us have been providing feedback on Proof; integrated, standalone, security, functionality. We're all excited for the Reports & Dashboards redesign, and can't wait! We talked about Implementation and Adoption; some teams are working through their initial implementation heading towards their first launch with their teams. Many also provided Adoption tips... To help ensure broad, meaningful and beneficial adoption... Ensure top down support (mandate, if needed). Executives need to tell teams why Workfront is important and how they can help. Solidify your processes! A strong process / workflow / framework will only help smooth out the wrinkles when the steps are reflected in Workfront. Continuous Training! Come back and re-train after a few weeks, hold open sessions for people to ask questions and share across departments / instances so others are aware of what's possible. Prevent Workfront from being the scapegoat - some teams may say "it's not working using Workfront", but dig deeper here. Maybe its' because they don't know where to look for their information. Maybe the process isn't working; in which case Workfront will exacerbate and highlight these pitfalls. Explain the BENEFIT of using Workfront, even if specific teams or individuals don't benefit from the full direct benefit. Others will benefit from smoother process, more timely notifications, visibility and transparency. Many also noted that the Idea Exchange is a good place to focus our User Group's attention - when one of us find or adds a new idea, post it to the group and we'll help upvote! Journey Map - Remember at Leap 2017 when we use stickers to indicate positive or negative experiences on the journey map? Wouldn't that be great to do with our teams related to process & Workfront?...if anyone takes this path, circulate your findings to the group! Overall, it was a great session. If you didn't get a chance to network and get direct addresses, feel free to post yours here (if you'd like). Feel free to reach out directly (jwennerstrum@periscope.com) if you have any additional questions, followups or just want to connect! See you at the next user group session! Thanks, Jamieson I really enjoyed yesterday's meeting and found it very informative. I hope our user group can have more meetings with a format like this one. Thanks for helping to organize and hosting the event. Michelle Michelle McAnelly Thomson Reuters

Glad to hear that feedback Michelle. I think the less formal discussion (over food and drinks, with loose agenda) offers something different than the more structured gatherings. Both good in different ways, but I would also like to see more gatherings like we did yesterday. Thanks again to Jaimeson for hosting, and it was good to see new and familiar faces! It was fun to meet everyone! I like the format too. It was nice to have some structure but also lots of room for tangents that were relevant to the group. Looking forward to the next gathering. Bethany Pautsch Medtronic
