Suggestions for Proofing an OTF file

We have recently started using the rich media/interactive proofing capabilities for emails. People are really excited, however it requires a URL to work. We have two departments that create Outlook emails that do not generate a URL and we're wondering if there are any options to proof OTF files interactively. Has anyone found a solution? Thanks! You can only upload the html version of the .oft and gethat content validated, later the final deliverable would be handed over as a normal document upload. However now I'm not sure if that's the best format for marketing... Imre Magyar VODAFONE Group
