Soooo Many Weird Glitches last 2 weeks !! Is it just "Us"

I see a lot of similar issues but I can't submit enough help tickets to keep up with everything going on and get any work done. ***Is the custom form "pop-up" view a new feature? a lot of my custom form fields are suddenly not working and preventing users from filling out and submitting--I am having to make some required fields UN REQUIRED just so work can keep moving....been a very frustrating 2 weeks. many screens in general just go "blank" and my "Back Log" view is entirely gone preventing me from adding stories (all my work) as it's stuck with an error that occurred while I was creating a custom view --it's just frozen there. We've also been experiencing the issues with rescheduling dates and the additional time this is taking is seriously slowing down productivity for our resource managers. We've also noticed that when you set a task to 100% complete, it is not changing the status of the task to "Complete" unless you then click 'Work On it'. Many of our users don't click 'Work On It' when they first pick up tasks as it just an extra click they forget to do, but I have raised ticket 00162699 and this is now being investigated. Is anyone having (still or recently) problems with the way "edit custom form" is functioning?? as of a few weeks ago (yes, this long) we have to go to "edit issue" and add/fill out custom forms there ....when we used to be able to just "edit custom forms" mktg was trained one way and they keep forgetting and I get the "there's something wrong with the form" emails =( the pop up view is too small for some users monitors and the dropdown function is essentially broken. Hiya Tegwyn, We fixed part of the custom form issue.. well, we fixed it so fields with drop down choices don't have the drop down appear randomly on the page. However, we have a second part of that related specifically to filling out custom fields. We're working on a fix for that. We are still experiencing several glitches throughout. Specifically on custom forms, hope you are all able to fix the second part you mention as is causing issues for people trying to complete a process within the application. Are these glitches due to conflicts in code with the "new experience" co-existing in production with the old one? Nuria Munguia TD Bank

Hi Nuria, I can't speak to the source of the glitches, as Workfront is a large, complex application with many different teams working on many different areas. I would ask you to submit a support request if you can provide a specific scenario that isn't working as expected, and we can assess whether or not the issue is related to an open defect, or whether it's a new defect that needs to be reviewed.
