Shorten project:URL when exporting task report

Dear Community, today I was trying to update a report which is (fequently) exported as a PDF and sent via Mail. Everything works fine, apart from the column "Project URL" (vf=project:URL). This column is extensive due to the length of the links. Using custom rules I replaced the URL with (when not empty) with the text "LINK", which sadly does not provide a clickable link anymore. Well it does, but it leads to https://LINK. So I browsed some other threads and I found the following options, which did not really work for me... Hi Marius, You've linked to a thread I started and I don't believe there's a resolution for this thing yet. You might want to upvote the idea I've put up on the idea exchanged - ability to shorten url/links.
