Requests are linking to project

Had a question to throw out to the group. When one of our users goes to their list of submitted requests, some of them link to the project it was converted to instead of the original request. It could be in your settings. I'm assuming the Issue has been deleted as well. See attached under Settings. This setting will keep the issue if the box is checked. If unchecked it should move all documents and comments over to the project and delete the original issue. For the submitter the object that shows up in Requests I've Submitted will now be the Project. This works the same for Issues converted to Tasks. Hope that helps.
