Report Settings for Planned vs Actual Hours on Tasks

Hi All: I am not sure what to do here, I have built a report that pulls Task Planned vs Actual Hours by Job Role. All of the tasks that this report is pulling from has multiple assignee's. However, the problem is the report is only pulling the information for the Task Owner. I need it to reflect all of the assignee's to that task. Is there a general setting to eliminate having a task owner or how can I reflect all assignee's in my report? Dawn McPherson TDECU

Not quite sure of the report type that you are using or your filters, but…if you are using "Assigned To ID", try changing this to "Assignment Users ID". The "Assigned To ID" pulls the task owner. The Assignments filter will pull all the individuals assigned to a task. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services
