The "Working On" Gantt chart in the people tab is really useful for showing the workload of team members but is there a way to show tasks that they haven't started working on yet but that has been assigned to them?

Hi Carinne - yes, it should show there regardless of whether they have started working on the tasks yet (and whatever the assignment status us). It could just be the name which is a bit misleading.
