"Approvals Naughty List"

Given that the Approval Step data is not reportable natively within Workfront, I'm mulling over an "Approvals Naughty List" using our "http://store.atappstore.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/MagicReports.png">Magic Report technology to highlight things like: Who's got the signoff ball? How long has it been on their desk? How many approvals are piled up there? Who's the biggest roadbloack among all approvers? I'm trying to think of some meaningful, interesting ways to report this information, whether grid, Gantt, or Graphical. Any suggestions I can use for inspiration? Regards, Doug

Hello Doug! Here is one example of how I would like to see data presented. Grouping: Approver Columns: Object (Project, task or issue, hyperlinked) | Other approvers & status | Days/Hours since Approval Requested (Sort on this) | Last Note Text & Last Updated By

Thanks Narayan, How would you want to group and sort those Assignments (e.g. Portfolio vs Project Owner vs Week), and what would be an effective way of highlighting the "age" of an approval that is stuck (e.g. Redder, Bolder, Bigger, etc.)? Regards, Doug

Hi Doug- What is this "Magic Report" technology? I clicked on it and it led to a screenshot that said available on the app store. Sounds interesting. Thanks!

Thanks for asking, Michelle. That screenshot is part of our "http://store.atappstore.com/products/all/">Magic Reporting offering, which is one of the nearly 50 we list on our "http://store.atappstore.com/products/all/">AtAppStore Catalog , with each solving some challenge we've solved and then subsequently made available the wider Workfront Community. In the case of Magic Reporting, we have developed a technical stack that allows us to provide made-to-measure Workfront reports that can be run right from within Workfront. If you have something special in mind that you just can't quite replicate with the out of the box reporting, I'd be happy to explain further via email at doug.denhoed@atappstore.com. Regards, Doug
