It was a good webinar showing lots of workarounds and solutions, but the calendars could use a lot of work on WF's side. I hope everyone upvotes all the items you have listed -- some of which are mine!

The webinar was excellent. I need to be able to do this type of calendering - we don't use portfolio's. I am hoping to be able to duplicate this, to a certain degree, based on your slides, i'm sure I might have questions as I start to designing and creating. Benetta Perry APS

This was a great webinar - thank you so much. Its a super HOT topic around our company. One question: you recommend using Actual Start and Actual Completion Dates. Can these dates be manually entered when in the future? Maybe this is something I need to try and see, or search on Help for, but I was surprised to see that as your suggestion, especially if the calendar you are building is forward-looking - which is what most teams and execs want to see. Hi Adina, just attended webinar, great info. Can hardly wait to iplement this with our Marketing Dept and ePMO teams. Did you create a project in Workfront to implement the roll out and if you did do you have that saved as a template that can be shared with how to launch this portion of WF. How did you get to the calendar and groups screen for step 5 in your powerpoint? Leanne Neild CUNA Mutual Group

Hi Leanne, To get to that filter view, go to your calendar, and in the left column click on Add to Calendar. Once you click on that, click on 'Add advanced items' (leave project name blank) If you changing an existing grouping, there is a little arrow to the right when you hover over it, then click edit. Hi, Adina- I just watched this webinar, a year after you posted it. Better late than never! I am trying to figure out how to keep the task on the calendar report once the task is marked complete. Is there something specific you've done to allow the tasks to remain on the calendar? Laura Frank IU Foundation Showalter House

Hi Laura! I don't filter on status on any of my calendar groupings, so it shows anything that meets the other filter criteria (it could be portfolio, project, Show on Calendar = Yes custom field filters etc depending on the use case). Let me know if you have more questions! Adina Pierce
