It is coming up on a year since Sub-groups were released for Workfront. What are some pros and cons you have noticed using the feature?
A pro for me is the ability to set the custom statuses at the parent group level which reduces admin work and helps for quality control (although I could understand someone seeing this as a con).
A con is the inability to build a 2-Tier grouping using groups & subgroup for users & projects.
I'd appreciate hearing about other user's experiences with the feature. Thank you
To be honest with you, I have created just one subgroup so far. And only because my Team manager wanted to have some subgroup so he could send report to Team leaders within his team.
Haven't noticed any cons :)
