proofing issues cluster 5

Looks like we're running into proofing issues everywhere after 18.3 release. Proofs are not loading. Errors in document approvals etc. We're on cluster 5. Anybody else having this issue? Polly Co

Yes. We are not able to view any proofs. All proof links seem to be broken. Tony Bamber Whirlpool Corporation

We're advised by support that proofing is fixed. They've updated the trust site. I've tested and it seems to be fine now. However, we're still experiencing a little lag. Hopefully the lag goes away soon. Polly Co

We are still experiencing issues with Proof - comments are 'disappearing', Viewer is not loading full list of comments, if you click on a markup - it does not jump to the related comment, etc. Some people on the route, can't access the proof so we are stopped in our tracks. We have just asked Support to revert us back to the Legacy Viewer. They said the Proof Patch won't be released until Next Wednesday at the earliest.
