Problems with Community Rules & Etiquette and Privacy Guidelines

Is anyone having trouble getting past the new Community Rules & Etiquette and Privacy Guidelines? After I click I Agree it tells me I'm not allowed to login to the website. I was able to do it earlier this week without an issue. You may want to give them a call or email. I couldn't log in the first day too. I got the same error message. I tried logging in several times throughout the day and it still wouldn't let me in. I tried again the next day and it worked. Mohini (Mini) Sinha Excelsior College
