We are rolling out Workfront to our internally facing IT org. Our projects rarely generate revenue. Most of our projects are optimization, risk mitigation, required maintenance (large), etc. My Portfolio as-is shows -100% ROI and a corresponding negative value.
Curious to know how other IT PMO's are using the Portfolio Optimizer. Do you implement a standard calculator (outside workfront) to objectively assign dollar values to these types of benefits? Do you just accept the negative value and instead focus on Scorecard Alignment?
