Hey Al, Typically the issue I see is that the outgoing mail provider has a limit on the amount of emails that can be sent per day. Hotmail was pretty low, 500 I think, whereas gmail allows 2,000 per day. My numbers could be wrong as I haven't checked on the limits for a couple years now, but that's the biggest issue I've seen over the 5 years here. Google is one of the best, and easiest providers, and one of the few that allow plus addressing (email+whatever@domain.com, the + is ignored by gmail and is delivered to email@domain.com, so many folks use Gmail for stuff like email+workfront@domain.com to send WF emails to, etc.) Good luck, and please feel free to reach out to support if you have any further in-depth questions you'd like to cover.
