Anyone know of a way to set the system to automatically pass documents from the request to the project after conversion?

Our workflow automatically passes documents from the request to the project. However, proofs are not passed automatically during the conversion and don't keep any proof comments from the request. Currently we have to move the proof from the request to the project manually in order to retain proof comments. This would be great to fix.
