Notification Glitch?

We're experiencing this problem as well. About a 30 minute delay before anyone is receiving the notification via email. Laura Manley Stream Companies

Does anyone know if there is a quick way to turn this conversation into a ticket where they can look into as a whole? I think it would be much more efficient then all of us sending in separate tickets. Tim Brooks Invicro

7 minute delay on cluster 2. I'm not going to submit a ticket unless it doubles. Might be related: did everyone notice that cluster 5 had a disruption yesterday reported on "https://trust.workfront.com/" https://trust.workfront.com/ -skye

Hello all, So sorry about the notification glitches. Just wanted to clarify that the "Reporting" forum is for talking about reports in Workfront, how to use them, how to create the different kinds of reports you might need. If you need to "report" an issue or a bug, the best way to do that is to submit a support ticket! Then if you want to share that ticket number in a "global discussions" post so that other people can also submit support tickets, feel free to do so! Thanks, Kyna
