I would start with the Ascent training videos. When I first started, these training videos were instrumental in me learning the in and outs of the tool before we started on-boarding others. Whether you are looking for super simple tips for day to day or advanced reporting methods, I think "https://ascent.workfront.com" Ascent would be the place to start. You may have to reach out to your admin to get you access, but definitely some helpful resources on there. What company do you work for and what type of work do you do? That basic information would be helpful in focusing our responses. For instance, I work for a PR/GR firm and I'm the Creative Services Project Manager. So, I use WF predominantly for managing creative project workflow , including the proofing/approval process.
