Need to include Update timestamp in a report

Is the time stamp on an Update entry stored in a field somewhere? I found the "Project; Status Update" field which shows the latest update in the log. But I also want to show the date and time the update was made on a report.

I think I may have found it - "Thread Date". If someone can confirm that this is the right field I would appreciate it.

I'm not concerned about time as much as date on my status reports, so use valuefield=enteredBy:lastUpdateDate, if that helps.
