Hi Vic, Are all of your tickets set up as issues? If so, create a new issue report, add a column, switch that column to text mode, and replace any text you see with the following: displayname=Days to Close textmode=true valueexpression=CONCAT(ROUND(DATEDIFF({actualCompletionDate},{entryDate}),1)," Days") valueformat=HTML Kathy

If you wanted your result in hours, you could just use "Resolution Time", right?
