They get lost in the abyss. Custom data on reports would allow us to tag reports behind the scenes in a way that we could filter too or sort by. Hi Everyone, With the 2018.2 release the visibility into tagging in updates & comments/replies has been removed. Our group would like to see it come back as an option. My latest headache: Federation IDs and Emails in workfront are case sensitive. Somehow, our system made a duplicate account for me, with only the case being different in my email. Here's a pretty basic layout change we'd like to see on the "Indent" and "Outdent" buttons when viewing a task list. Hi All, I posted this in the Global Thread as well but thought it was worth posting here as well: Commit dates and where they're displayed within a task and their effect on Home has started to cause some confusion with our teams. It's hard to distinguish between a commit date and a planned completion date. Adjusting a projects timeline throws a wrench into things as well. We edit a lot of data from reports. Workfront has an unfortunate performance issue where it will attach a seemingly random form if the edited data doesn't have field to land in. So if your report lists 10 items, and you edit a column which is only present on 5, the other 5 will suddenly have a random form attached so the data has a place to land. Also, if this form happens to have other flags or fields with default values, the items end up picking up that data as well... which is sometimes more than just an annoyance. Would love to see this bug fixed... but I haven't gotten traction through the help desk in the past. Matt Marks Banner Engineering Corp.

Hi All! I want to change the "Proof Generation Successful" icon. Our users want to be able to identify documents/versions that have a proof built on them but the existing green check-mark box icon has been causing some confusion. Its style is too closely associated with the proof status icons of SOCD so people confuse it with an actual proof status. It'd be nice if the icon was a little more unique. We have no way for people to stay closely tied to approvals if they are not actual approvers in a stage. We have a lot of leaders that want notification on several approval paths we have.... but not by being an approver in it. Hi all! We recently started implementing using ProofHQ directly with our clients. We are using 2 separate proofs, 1 for our internal design, 1 for sharing with the client when it's ready. The ability to make a copy of a proof and its comments is great for us to be able to internally discuss the client's feedback. Though the only 2 options when making a copy are to: Create a new version on the existing (Which is actually not an option for a proof created in Workfront) or Create a new proof The request is that we would find great value in being able to 3. Create a new version on a different proof (our internal design proof). There might be other use cases, or if anyone else is using 2 proofs for your client review process that would find value in this. Workfront might have to address making #1 an option in Workfront before being able to do #3, but in any case, this is our idea! Hey folks, Trying to get visibility for worker license folks to see and contribute to financials. Currently you can set workers to have visibility, but they still can't actually see any financial objects. That tab just appears as empty to them. Wouldn't it make more sense to sort the tasks with the one that is due next at the top of the list? I work on many projects and like to focus on one project at a time so sorting by commit date jumbles all the tasks from multiple projects together.
