Mac-specific issues?

Hi! Today (and from time to time over the past couple of months) our users on Macs were having a real struggle with Workfront, specifically: - time to upload proofs (usually moments, today was many minutes – if at all) - time to "go to proof" to view it (usually moments, today "perma load" until "try again" message displayed) - finding proofs/projects (today, projects just not showing up for these users) (PC users given the same tasks were operating at normal speeds) They're all using Chrome, as recommended Cleared browser history, cache, cookies Shut down, restarted browser Shut down, restarted machine Linda Logan Project Manager, Marketing Operations SiriusXM Connected Vehicles linda.logan@siriusxm.com

Hi Linda, about 90% of our organization operates on Macs and we haven't really had any issues that can be connected back to a particular machine or OS -- at least, not that I'm aware of. If we've had any speed issues, I've tended to attribute it to internet speed. I'd be interested to see if anyone else has had a similar experience to you. Brandon Hamm Bravo Group
