Today (and from time to time over the past couple of months) our users on Macs were having a real struggle with Workfront, specifically: - time to upload proofs (usually moments, today was many minutes – if at all) - time to "go to proof" to view it (usually moments, today "perma load" until "try again" message displayed) - finding proofs/projects (today, projects just not showing up for these users) (PC users given the same tasks were operating at normal speeds) They're all using Chrome, as recommended Cleared browser history, cache, cookies Shut down, restarted browser Shut down, restarted machine Linda Logan Project Manager, Marketing Operations SiriusXM Connected Vehicles linda.logan@siriusxm.com
