We currently use document reviews to send out our reviews. This has worked great for sending out the reviews to multiple reviewers as needed. We now have the need to send out documents for review by multiple teams and have had a few challenges:
We are not able to select "Ask for Approval" from the document update section when selecting a team to notify of the update.
The document approval tab only allows us to select a person and not a team.
I looked into using a task approval process but was unable to add multiple teams to the approval process.
Each review may involve one team or multiple teams which is why I am looking for an option to select the teams that are needed each time.
