Is there a way to show all tasks within a parameter (such as within a milestone path), but make sure tasks with parents are shown alongside those without?

I'm creating a task report to show all tasks within a milestone path (and with a custom field value selected), but there are some parent tasks within the milestone path, and the related subtasks won't appear...just the ones with no parent. Is there a filter or text mode that can show these tasks?

Scott - can you share what filters you are using on your report?

    I've simplified the report to only show tasks that meet the criteria of the multi-select custom field (where you see "Finishing" in the picture above), but now WF is not reporting all tasks with that parameter, apparently based on sub-parent tasks. I've submitted a ticket to investigate.
