I created a feature request asking for federation IDs to be not case sensitive (at the request of my internal IT team) but I wanted to check in with the rest of you who might know better. Is there some reason that it would be good to have this field be case sensitive?
I checked in with Workfront and their reply was "because we designed it this way." Which.... OK.... but is there a reason? I guess not?
