The only way to do that is to go to the lower right corner, drop down the list and select the ALL option. [cid:image001.jpg@01D20CD9.3126AB20] The other thing you can do is run a report that shows all tasks. That isn’t as convenient. Eric

Hi Sara, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the task list, in the lower righthand corner you should see a dropdown box titled "showing" that allows you to select, "View All".

If you made a dashboard with the report then it is not as inconvenient.

I was hoping to make this a standard preference, so we don't need to select all tasks each time, but it sounds like there is no workaround. Thank you all for your responses!
