Assuming those people are all set up in Workfront, you can: Have that person Subscribe to the Request (though this doesn't always produce the desired results). Assign them to the Request so they get all comments. If it's an Issue you can add them as the Primary Contact and ensure your notification settings notify the Primary Contact on comments. Though this is a global setting and you can only assign one Primary Contact. You can simply tag the people on a comment and then they'll be notified of all responses to that comment. I prefer #4 because you can add as many people as you like (even a Team) and you can control when something is sent to them.
