I invite you to take advantage of our Update Category Generator solution, which gives you the current definition of an existing custom form as an Excel file (n the proper format you can then easily manipulate and upload using our Update Category solution).

This would be great time saver for Workfront admins as they onboard new teams into the tool. I spend a lot of time having to assign myself layout templates just to make sure everything is working the way it should. The ability to preview would save me so much time.

Please look at this idea for creating reports with content based off what the user has favorited. For example open tasks on favorited projects or issues on favorited projects. This allows the user to see detailed information about just the projects they care about enough to have on their favorites list.

A request from many a planner. The inability to keep workers from going over their assigned hours on a task causes these sorts of knock-on effects:

My biggest wish is to be able to prevent users from enterng time if they are over their assigned hours to force a discussion with the planner, but not implementing that seems to be a hill that WF is willing to die on. So I guess I will keep asking for other tools to work around the problem.

Hi all,

My user's are confused by the behavior when you unselect the "Projects I'm On" or "Projects I Own" buttons in the Projects view. Unselecting these buttons changes the color from blue to gray, but it always takes you back to the "My Projects" view, regardless of what view you were on before.

I would like unselecting these buttons to return the user to the previous view.

If that isn't possible, I'd like to hide the buttons from all users at the system admin level.

Idea lab still has items from Classic that are no longer relevant. It also has lots of duplicate or near duplicate ideas. If you have 10 ideas that are the same with 300 points each vs. one idea with 3,000 points, that's a HUGE difference. Maybe create an Archive section for the old stuff or non-relevant stuff and then combine duplicates (and their points).
