Over the past year, the Workfront Training Team has made many changes in the content we deliver and how that content is delivered. In September 2017, we launched Workfront Ascent to provide you both easier access to training content and courses that allow you to control the pace of your learning. We gave you, our customers, the ability to decide between live training or on-demand content. You can now take the courses you need to take in order to do your job and skip those you don't need. Ascent allows you to enroll in a program of curated training content specific to your job role. The courses available in Ascent also allow users to go beyond the basic training needs, if they want to further their knowledge and expertise. To provide the best training possible, we need to know if the content provided: Met your needs. Provided relevant information. Got you up and running on Workfront in a timely manner. We want your help answering questions such as… Did we provide enough courses? What in the training was useful and what was unnecessary? Was the training too vague or too in-depth? What do you know now that you wish we had taught you when you went through training? Whether you took training with us after we launched Ascent or you attended our live training sessions years ago, tell us what you "wish you knew then, that you know now." We invite everyone to comment and help Workfront understand how we can improve the content we deliver, how we deliver the content, and the quality of our instructors/instruction. I appreciate all who have answered/commented so far and helped us out. Those have all been great comments and they will definitely help us improve. Hello Community, Just wanted to point everyone back towards this discussion and what it can help others new to Workfront, get out of training in the future. Again we are attempting to hear from all of you that have launched Workfront and gone through training. We have had a lot of great responses so far and we appreciate those who have taken the 3-4 minutes to give that input. However, we need more.
