We recently transitioned into WF and transitioned over our existing projects. The problem that is challenging is that existing jobs are not converted to the new templates - the existing jobs are being finished to the end and new jobs are being opened in WF. The existing jobs that have ongoing tasks like project management throughout the end of the year have tasks assigned from today to 12/31. The challenge is, it is causing havoc on our resourcing. (see below). Most of our users are workers so they can't just add time to a project - they don't have full access to see every project. Is it possible to have a task on a project that will appear on a person's timesheet now that will not block out their availability for resources? We specifically need the task to not disappear from their timesheet, so changing the duration to 3 days will make it do so. Thanks in advance. Christina Jarosz Ascensus
