I have a Proof Approval report set up, and it has columns that show key information like Approver Decision, and the Decision Date, but I'm wondering if there's a way to pull in something like proof has notes/comments, comments exist = true/false, etc. Reason being is that we often have reviewer/approvers who will leave comments but forget to make a decision, thus the proof will sit there until the project owner manually reviews.
Is such a column possible? I've played around with several text mode options and for the life of me cannot figure out to achieve this. Any input is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if I can word this clearly enough but I'll try, LOL.
The only thing that I can see that has a "hasNotes" field that is remotely close, is the Document itself. This means it would only work for the first version and if you stack a new file version on top, it would still show that it "has notes", because the old version had notes.
If you don't stack versions of a document, this might work for you? if so, just respond in post and I or someone else would help you with the code.
Unfortunately, we do stack several versions on documents/proofs.
Would a document approval report solve for this? We mainly need it to show only the documents and projects tied to the user who is viewing the report, if the proof was opened and if comments or a decision were made, the date of the approval, etc.

@ElaineRi Just checking in! Were you able to get this resolved? If you found your own solution, sharing the details would be a big help to others who might face the same issue later on. And if one of the replies here helped, whether it fully solved the problem or simply pointed you in the right direction, marking it as accepted makes it much easier for future readers to find. Thanks again for helping close the loop and contributing to the community!
