It was fantastic to be with so many of you for yesterday's launch of the Mid-Atlantic User Group! A big thanks to @Shawn Mahoney and @Bob Keough from Independent Blue Cross for hosting our group. For those who weren't able to come, here are a few of the highlights of the meeting:
Shawn Mahoney gave us a tour of the Independent Blue Cross instance and answered great questions from the group related to how Shawn's team handles requests from their customers, reporting for customers and leadership, and how they approach improving adoption.
The group identified four areas of discussion during our networking time: Adoption, Reporting, Best Practices and Process, Resource Management. The discussions were lively and full of folks sharing ideas and solutions.
We identified volunteers for the group's 2018 Steering Committee: @Chelsea Terwilliger from Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP, @Greg Lawville from AAA Mid Atlantic, and Brian Citino from AAA Mid Atlantic.
Our next meeting will be in Q1 2018, hosted by @Mark Hahn at SEI Investments. We'll announce the date as soon as we get it set with the Steering Commitee and Mark.
