Email Templates: Use Cases & Activation

Hello~ Can anyone provide use cases for using the custom email templates. And, how you activate them. Thanks! Susan

We use notifications to send an email to the client when their issue/request closes. In this email we have a custom URL to a survey that they fill out with a few client satisfaction questions. We also pull in some data from the request such as their name, link to request. As part of our intake process, we have to check the box in the settings section of the issue.
